You haven't failed at taking care of your body. You've been given the wrong instructions.
Most wellness programmes teach you what to do. This one teaches you how to hear what your body has been trying to tell you for years.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You're navigating life after burnout. After a baby. After a big life change that left you not quite recognising yourself. After years, or just a quiet accumulation of ordinary days, of high-functioning at the expense of yourself. After an injury that disconnected you from what your body can do, and left you unsure how to come back. After a period of depression, anxiety, or stress that made your body feel unfamiliar, like somewhere you stopped being able to live.
And, because I want to say this clearly, for the woman who needs to hear it, this is also for you if you carry a history with food and your body that was never simple. If you've done the hard work of recovery and you're ready for the next part: not just surviving your body, but actually coming home to it.
I've been there. Which is exactly why I know the difference between those two things, and how to help you bridge them.
More specifically, you might recognise yourself here:
You exercise, but it feels like punishment or obligation, never pleasure. You eat reasonably well, but your relationship with food is a negotiation you're exhausted by. You sleep, but you don't rest. You've tried programmes – fitness plans, nutrition guides, wellness challenges – and they worked, until they didn't, and somehow that always felt like your fault. You're recovering from an injury, and every attempt to come back has felt like starting over as a stranger in your own body. Or there was a period – maybe recently, maybe years ago – where everything got heavy, and your body was the first thing you stopped taking care of. You might be out of that period now, mostly, but the disconnection stayed.
Essentially, you look capable from the outside. Inside, you feel like a stranger in your own skin.
You don't need more information. You need someone to help you hear what your body has been trying to tell you for years.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You're looking for a meal plan, a training programme, or a quick fix. If you want someone to tell you exactly what to eat and how to move every single day, I'm not that kind of coach. What I offer requires you to show up honestly, sit with discomfort sometimes, and trust a process that doesn't look like anything you've tried before.
If that feels like a relief rather than a warning, keep reading.
INTRODUCING: THE RETURN
A 12-week 1:1 coaching programme for women who are ready to stop managing their bodies and start living in them.
Over three months, we work together across every dimension of how you inhabit yourself – movement, food, rest, self-expression, and the deeper question of who you are when you're not performing for anyone. Not as separate topics, but as one integrated conversation. Because your body doesn't experience them separately. Neither should your coaching.
Here's how the three months unfold:
MONTH 1 – Come back to the surface. We slow down before we do anything else. You learn to hear your body's signals again: what it needs, what it's been asking for, what it's been trying to say through the exhaustion and the resistance and the guilt. We build your baseline, not numbers and measurements, but a felt sense of where
you actually are.
MONTH 2 – Build the new language. With clarity comes capacity. We design a movement practice that is genuinely yours, not borrowed from someone else's protocol. We bring nourishment back into your relationship with food. We introduce one practice of self-expression, because your body holds things that logic can't always reach. This is where the real shift begins to feel embodied, not just understood.
MONTH 3 – Own it. You stop asking me what to do. Not because I withdraw, but because by now, you trust yourself enough to know. We build your sustainability plan together. We name what's changed. And we make sure the woman who finishes this programme can hold herself the way I've been holding her.
WHO YOU’LL BE WHEN WE’RE DONE
Not a different person. A more returned one.
Here is what changes, specifically, in the texture of ordinary days:
You wake up and check in with yourself before you check your phone. Not because it's a rule. Because you've rebuilt the habit of asking your body what it needs before the day asks anything of you. That two-minute practice, which will feel strange at first and then irreplaceable, becomes the thing that holds everything else.
You move because you want to, not because you owe it to something. The guilt that used to attach itself to missed workouts, the spiral, the "I've ruined it", is quieter. Sometimes gone entirely. You've found the kinds of movement that are genuinely yours, that fit your body, your energy, your life. And when life intervenes and you miss a week, you come back without punishing yourself for the gap.
You eat without the negotiation. Not perfectly, that's not the goal. But the running commentary, the guilt that used to follow certain foods, the compensating, the "I'll be good tomorrow", that's loosened its grip. You know what your body is actually asking for, and you can mostly trust yourself to respond to it.
You recognise your own exhaustion before you crash. You stop pushing through and calling it discipline. You understand what your nervous system is telling you when your body slows down, and you have a response that isn't either "push harder" or "give up entirely."
You have language for what you need. In your relationships, your work, your own internal life. The body literacy you build in this programme doesn't stay in the gym or in the kitchen, it moves into how you communicate, how you set limits, how you know when something is wrong before it becomes a crisis.
You stop waiting for the date. Something shifts in the relationship between your body and your life. The body stops being the condition, the thing that has to be fixed before real life can begin, and becomes the place from which life happens. You book the trip. You wear the dress. Not because your body changed. Because your relationship to it did.
You become someone who knows how to come back. Not just on the good days, but when life gets messy, when the difficult season arrives, when everything outside of you is uncertain. You have the inner knowledge now. You know which practice to reach for, what your body needs, how to return to yourself. Again and again. For the rest of your life.
And something else happens quietly: you become someone others come to. Not because you have all the answers, but because you know how to listen to a body, yours first and then others'. The self-knowledge you build here doesn't stay private. It radiates.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is not a weight loss programme. Weight may shift, often does, as a side effect of learning to genuinely nourish and move a body you're no longer at war with. But it is never the target. The target is the woman who stops measuring her worth in kilos and starts measuring her life in how fully she's living it.
This is not a quick fix. Twelve weeks is enough to create a real shift, but only if you bring honesty and willingness.
What you're investing in is not a result you can photograph. It's the quiet, radical shift of becoming a woman who knows herself well enough to take care of herself, and to come back to that care, every time life asks her to forget it.
That's what lasts.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
7 live coaching calls over 12 weeks – five 60-minute sessions and two 90-minute deep dives at the midpoint and close.
Ongoing async support Monday to Friday via voice note or message.
A deep intake ritual before we begin.
Your personal movement and nourishment map, built together in month two, is yours to keep.

A written reflection from me at the end, on what I witnessed in you across 12 weeks, in my own words.
Also included:
A personal recipe collection, nourishing food framed around pleasure, not performance.
A movement practice library, short recordings to return to between calls: somatic work, breathwork, slow strength, intuitive movement.
Lifetime access to any future group workshop I run.
THE INVESTMENT
The Return is a 12-week 1:1 coaching programme.
The investment is €750 per month across 3 months, a total of €2,250.
If you'd prefer to pay in full, the lump sum investment is €2,100, a small saving for paying upfront.
Either way, the commitment is the same: 12 weeks, together, doing the real work.
If you're wondering whether it's the right moment financially, that's a real and honest question. Bring it to the call. I'd rather have that conversation with you directly than have you talk yourself out of something that could change things.
WHAT HAPPENS ON A SALES CALL?
Nothing is sold to you. We talk for 45 minutes. I want to understand where you are, what you've already tried, and what you actually need. You get to ask me anything. At the end, if it feels right for both of us, I'll invite you in. If it doesn't, I'll tell you honestly, and point you somewhere that might serve you better.
I only work with a small number of women at a time. That's not a scarcity tactic. It's just the truth of what deep 1:1 work requires.

A FEW THINGS I WANT YOU TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
If you're on the fence, that's normal. The women who need this work most are often the ones who are most practiced at talking themselves out of investing in themselves. You don't have to be certain. You just have to be curious enough to have a conversation.
The call is free. The conversation is real. And whatever you decide, you'll leave it knowing more about what you actually need than you did before.
That's a promise I can make before we've even started.
Looking for something different? I also offer a group coaching programme and a self-guided movement discovery sprint. If you're not sure which is right for you, mention it on our call.
